Carlos Aguirre is to me the most outstanding folclore pianist in Argentina today, he is a great composer and arranger, he is unique in Argentina for his capacity to give life to several creative musical projects. Some years ago we started to play in duo with a sonority more close to the Argentinean folclore and the music of “Rio de la Plata” (Milonga-Candombe).
